Refund and Cancellation Policy

Lousing Chaphu (“us”, “we”, or “our”) provides coaching classes to students. This page informs you of our policies regarding the cancellation of services provided by Lousing Chaphu and the refund of fees.

  • No refunds will be provided after 7 days of the start of the class.

  • All the requests for cancellation of classes must be mailed to [email protected].

  • Request for refund by a student will be considered valid only if it’s made from the registered email address of the student.

  • Upon cancellation of classes by a student, a refund request will be considered by us only if it’s reasonable. Upon receiving the refund request, we will look into the same and initiate the process of accepting/ rejecting the said refund request. The student will be informed of the acceptance/rejection of the refund request via email on their registered email address.

  • If we discontinue or cancel classes for a subject, then we will refund the amount paid by the student directly to their original mode of payment. This refundable amount shall not exceed the total amount paid by the student.

  • If we discontinue classes for a subject before the completion of the total number of classes, then the refundable amount towards the student will be calculated on the basis of remaining classes.

  • The refund amount will be credited directly to the original mode of payment of the student.
